Kingdom University and the Internet Society (Bahrain Chapter) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at strengthening cooperation in the fields of digital innovation, internet development, and community engagement. This agreement embodies the shared vision of both institutions to support knowledge exchange, promote digital literacy, and qualify Bahrain’s future digital leaders.

The signing ceremony was attended by representatives from Kingdom University and the Internet Society Bahrain, with both sides emphasizing the vital importance of strategic partnerships in driving innovation and raising awareness in internet governance, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies. Under this collaboration, both parties will work on launching a range of joint initiatives and activities, including workshops, seminars, training programs, research projects, and community events.

This partnership is expected to open new horizons and channels for university students, academics, and professionals to develop their skills in alignment with the demands of the modern digital economy. The agreement represents a significant step toward supporting Bahrainโ€™s digital transformation agenda and building a more connected, innovative, and inclusive society. The signing ceremony was attended by members of Kingdom University’s senior management.
