Kingdom University Hosts “Generations Challenge” Workshop to Foster National Pride and Citizenship
Kingdom University, represented by the Student Affairs Department, hosted a team from the National Plan to Promote National Belonging and Foster Citizenship Values “Bahrainna,” as part of its ongoing efforts to support national initiatives and encourage student engagement.
A workshop was organized around the “Generations Challenge” competition, launched by the executive office of the National Plan “Bahrainna.” The competition aims to target young creatives from various disciplines and age groups, fostering their national identity, citizenship values, and loyalty.
The competition encourages participants to share their ideas, activities, and creative works with the community through visual media. This platform serves as an incubator for youth creativity, refining participants’ skills and nurturing their innovative abilities.
On this occasion, Dr. Hassan bin Rafdan al-Hajhoj emphasized the importance of this partnership with the National Plan “Bahrainna,” noting that the university is always keen to support initiatives that enhance national belonging and develop student capacities. He added that this workshop aligns with the university’s commitment to providing a stimulating environment for creativity and innovation, and encouraging students to actively participate in community life.
Dr. al-Al Hajhoj also invited all creative youth to participate in the “Generations Challenge,” emphasizing that this competition is a golden opportunity to showcase their talents and contribute to building a more creative and vibrant society.
