The Human Resources Department at Kingdom University organized a “BBQ Night” for university staff at the university premises, as part of its commitment to fostering a positive work environment and supporting employee wellbeing.

The event featured a range of recreational and social activities, including BBQ meals and snacks, interactive games, and competitions. A beautifully designed traditional-themed seating area was also set up, creating a distinctive atmosphere that encouraged social interaction and strengthened connections among staff members.

The BBQ night served as a refreshing break for staff at the end of the first semester, aiming to relieve work pressure, boost morale, and provide employees with an opportunity to recharge and create lasting memories that reflect a strong team spirit and a sense of institutional belonging.
