Mrs. Mashael Al Qutami, Acting Secretary General of the Isa bin Salman Educational Charitable Trust and Director of the Student Affairs and Educational Institutions Department at the Waqf, held a meeting with Prof. Hassan bin Rafdan Al-Hajhoj, President of Kingdom University. The meeting discussed ways of cooperation between the two sides, which aim to support the process of the university education in the Kingdom of Bahrain, by providing distinguished educational opportunities for the people of the country, in line with the requirements of the changing labor market and contributing to providing various development fields with qualified national competencies.
The President of Kingdom University, Prof. Hassan Al-Hajhoj, said: “We at Kingdom University believe in the importance of partnering with leading national institutions such as the Isa bin Salman Educational Charitable Trust, in order to achieve the sustainable development goals in the education sector. This meeting represents an important step towards building fruitful cooperation that contributes to providing quality educational opportunities for Bahraini youth and enabling them to contribute effectively to building the future of the country.”
Mrs. Mashael Al Qutami expressed her optimism about the results of this meeting, saying: “The Isa bin Salman Educational Charitable Trust always seeks to support and develop education in the Kingdom of Bahrain. We see Kingdom University as a strategic partner with whom we can achieve our goals of providing distinguished educational opportunities for students and qualifying them to enter the labor market efficiently and competently.”
The two parties agreed to continue dialogue and coordination to develop practical mechanisms to activate the terms of cooperation soon.
