As part of its ongoing efforts to enhance academic collaboration on an international level, Kingdom University welcomed a high-level academic delegation from two prestigious Chinese universities to explore prospects for joint cooperation in scientific research and student exchange programs. The visit was coordinated with the Chinese Embassy in Bahrain, reflecting the strong educational ties between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the People’s Republic of China.

During the meeting, both sides discussed the possibility of launching joint research projects and activating student exchange programs, contributing to enriching the academic experience for students and faculty members in both countries. Representatives from the participating universities expressed their enthusiasm for expanding the scope of cooperation, emphasizing the importance of cultural and knowledge exchange in advancing higher education.

Kingdom University President, Prof. Hassan Al Hajhoj; Vice President for Academic Affairs and Scientific Research, Prof. Nader Al Bastaki; Executive Director for Administration and Finance, Ms. Zainab Al Mahri; and Director of the Center for Entrepreneurship and Community Engagement, Prof. Saad Darwish, welcomed the visiting delegation and highlighted the significance of this step in strengthening partnerships with international academic institutions and opening new opportunities for students and researchers.

The visit is expected to result in the launch of outstanding educational and research initiatives, further enhancing Kingdom Universityโ€™s position as a leading center for higher education in the region.
