Kingdom University (KU) received the players of the Bahraini national football team, Waleed Al-Hayam and Mohammed Al-Hardan, in a visit that reflects the university’s interest in supporting sports and athletes and enhancing communication with prominent sports figures in the Kingdom.
The players were received by the President of the University, Prof. Hassan Al-Hajhoj, and several members of the administration. Dr. Al-Hajhoj welcomed the players, expressing the university’s pride and pride in the achievements of the national team, and stressing the university’s keenness to support sports and athletes.
During the meeting, Dr. Al-Hajhoj and the two players exchanged talks about the importance of sport in the lives of young people, its role in promoting health and fitness, and the importance of perseverance and diligence to achieve success in the sports field.
The two players toured the university, during which they were briefed on the university’s various facilities, especially the university’s modern sports hall, which impressed them with its advanced equipment and large areas.
At the end of the visit, the two players expressed theyโre thanks to the President of the University and the university employees for the good reception, and their admiration for the distinguished level reached by the university, wishing the university further progress and prosperity.
