Submission Guidelines
ICAET-IEBB-2027 welcomes original, unpublished research papers addressing topics within Information Technology, Engineering, Built Environment, and Business.
Manuscript Requirements
- All papers must be prepared using the IEEE Conference Paper Template.
- Full papers must not exceed six (6) pages, including figures, tables, and references.
- A maximum of two (2) additional pages is permitted at an extra charge.
- Include an abstract of no more than 400 words.
- Include a maximum of six (6) relevant keywords.
- Designate one corresponding author for all communications.
- All papers must be submitted in PDF format.
- Simultaneous submissions to other conferences, journals, or publications are strictly prohibited.
- Manuscripts must have a similarity index of less than 20%.
- Author list, corresponding author, and author order must be verified at submission.

IEEE PoliciesPeer Review Process
Each submission will undergo a rigorous peer-review process involving a minimum of two (2) to three (3) independent reviewers. Papers will be evaluated based on originality, novelty, relevance, technical contribution, clarity, and quality of presentation.
Paper Submission
All papers must be submitted electronically via the EDAS conference management system. The conference-specific EDAS submission link will be made available upon IEEE approval.

All accepted and presented papers will be submitted for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library, subject to meeting IEEE quality standards and formatting requirements.
Best Paper Awards
First, second, and third best paper awards will be presented for each track, based on evaluations from reviewers and track chairs.

Conferences should not specifically claim, reference, or guarantee indexing in any third-party database. IEEE partners with independent abstracting and indexing services that evaluate each conference independently.
