The College of Architecture and Design, in the collaboration with the Staff Development Unit at Kingdom University, organized a workshop entitled 3D Scanning in coordination with Northstar Technologies, one of the world\u2019s leading 3D scanning companies.<\/p>

The workshop included practical and theoretical aspects of 3D scanning technology in the presence of more than 30 students and academics from the College of Architecture and Design, and the lecturers reviewed the possibilities of the 3D Scanner.<\/p>

The workshop aims to raise awareness of students and faculty members of the college in this modern technology, which provides a lot of time and effort to obtain accurate survey information, both inside and outside buildings and analyze this information later.<\/p>

Trainers were honored by the Vice President for Academic Affairs Professor Nader Al Bastaki.<\/p>
