In order to proceed in the design process, students had to visit a real Veterinary clinic to raise their awareness of different departments such as Emergency and Accidents (E&amp;A); Operation Theatre; Intensive Care Unit (ICU); Central Supply and Sterilization Unit (CSSD); Clinics; Radiology; Laboratories; Pharmacy; and Kennels. Students needed also to know about the relationship between previous departments as well as the technical considerations incorporated in such departments.<\/p><p style=\"color: rgba(10,10,10,0.75);text-align: left\" class=\"vc_custom_heading vc_do_custom_heading\" >A site visit to Bahrain Veterinary Center, Budaiya was held Wednesday 21st of November, 2018 at 10:00 AM. Dr. Mohammed (senior veterinarian) accompanied the students and Dr. Sherif El-Wageeh while visiting different sections.<\/p><p style=\"color: rgba(10,10,10,0.75);text-align: left\" class=\"vc_custom_heading vc_do_custom_heading\" >Students had the opportunity to visit all the sections of the vet. They took notes on the spatial and technical requirements of different departments while listening to Dr. Mohammed\u2019s guidance. The tour started with the reception lobby, then the diagnosing rooms and pets\u2019 grooming section. In the upper floor, students saw the kennels, laboratory, and radiology, and took notes about types and sizes of different equipment in both sections.
