IT Help Desk
The university ICT Department provides an online IT Help Desk to allow you to log any type of request or incident.
To login to Online IT Help Desk:
- Go to the link:
- Enter your Student E-mail or Staff E-mail ID and the password used for the Computer (Computer Account Password).
- Log your request (ticket), and you will be kept posted on your E-mail with the latest updates on your cases.

The ICT Department is located on the 2nd Floor on side A & side B near to the emergency exists.
