The KU Community Engagement and Continuing Education Unit provides a variety of services to its stakeholders which are delivered through workshops, conferences, scholarly resources, off-campus events, one-on-one consultations, and digital media.
Community Engagement and Continuing Education Unit seeks to achieve the following goals:
- Link the university with the community-at-large through continuous communication with both industry and government sectors.
- Support and employ the university’s scientific, human and physical resources to serve the KU community and find relevant solutions to the problems facing the Bahraini society.
- Support the training, service projects and academic service programs proposed by the Colleges to help the KU community achieve their goals.
- Develop continuous education programs by linking the university’s experiences and knowledge with its intended stakeholders.
